摘要
随着国家对农村地区中学教育的重视程度不断加强,师资队伍的建设也越来越受到社会的关注。年轻化、高学历已成为未来师资队伍配置的主流趋势,而在面临相对艰苦的工作环境、基础较差的生源、意识相对封闭守旧的同事、待遇缺乏竞争力等各种实际问题时,农村中学青年教师存在着职业规划不清、成长动力受挫、缺乏有针对性的培养等障碍。鉴于此,本文从农村中学青年教师面临的成长现状出发,探讨其成长中出现的各种障碍,并最终提出具有借鉴意义的应对之策。
With the national emphasis on secondary education in rural areas continue to strengthen, faculty building more and more attention of society. Young, highly educated have become the main trend of the future configuration of the faculty, and in the various practical problems faced relatively tough work environment, the basis of poor students, consciousness rela-tively closed conservative colleagues, lack of competitiveness, such as the treatment of rural secondary schools young teach-ers there career planning is unclear, growth momentum frustrated, lack of targeted training and other obstacles. In view of this, this article from the growth status of young teachers in rural secondary schools faced, discusses the obstacles that appear in its growth and eventually propose countermeasures with reference significance.
