摘要
以金线莲组培苗为试验材料,筛选壮苗生根最适培养基,试验结果表明:合适的壮苗培养基为1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L;合适的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L+活性碳1.0 g/L。
Experiment of Anoectochilus roxburghii in vitro indicated that the optimum medium for seedling strengthening is 1/2MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + BA 0.2 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L while medium of 1/2MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + BA 0.2 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L+1.0 g/L of activated carbon for rooting.
