摘要
一种被当地百姓称为山核桃、酒醉果的带刺小乔木,经鉴定为檀香科植物硬核。野外调查表明在西双版纳广有分布,民间有悠久食用史。果仁油脂分析结果表明,其含油率高,不饱和脂肪酸含量高,可能还含有炔酸类功能成分,油脂品质优异。目前研究类文献极少。本文对硬核在西双版纳境内的资源分布、果仁油脂含量、油脂品质、下一步拟进行的研究等进行了报道。
A small tree with thorns, called by local people with'Wild Walnut'or'Jiuzuiguo', is identified as Scleropyrum wallichianum from Santalaceae family. Scleropyrum wallichianum is distributed widely in Xishuangbanna, and its kernel is the traditional food of local people. Analysis shows that the oil from the kernel is highly unsaturated with high quality, and probably contains functional component acetylenic acid. Scleropyrum wallichianum is poorly studied with few documentary records. This paper reports our preliminary work about Scleropyrum wallichianum distribution, production, oil content, oil characteristic and research plan in the next period.
