摘要 每个行为主体既生活在复杂的社会网络中又生活在特定组织的双重环境中 ,所以 ,主体间知识的传导就受社会网络及组织的双重约束。本文在社会网络的概念框架下探讨了知识在组织内的社会网络中传导的机理 ,进而阐明社会网络的特征影响知识的传导。在此基础上 ,从知识的特征。 Each individual survives in double circumstance that is complicated social network and special organization,therefore,the knowledge conduction between individuals be restricted by both the social network and the organization.In this paper,the mechanism of knowledge conduction in social network within organization be discussed based on the concept of social network,and set forth that the characteristics of social network will affect the knowledge conduction.Base on the above,the conduction cost be studied from the three different dimensionalities that are the knowledge characteristics,the knowledge sender and receiver characteristics,as well as the circumstance characteristics.
