p-ATM、p-p53及p-p21因子与进展期胃癌化疗疗效及预后的关系

Relationship of Expression of p-ATM,p-p53 and p21 with efficacy and Prognosis of Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨进展期胃癌组织中p-ATM、p-p53及p21蛋白表达与化疗疗效及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测52例进展期胃癌组织中p-ATM、p-p53及p21蛋白表达水平。结果胃癌组织中p-ATM、p-p53及p21阳性表达率分别为36.54%、61.54%、36.54%。52例初治进展期胃癌患者行4个疗程的化疗,p-ATM阳性表达患者治疗有效率最高。生存分析结果提示:p-ATM、p21低表达及p-p53高表达是进展期胃癌患者化疗的不良预后因素。结论进展期胃癌组织中p-ATM、p-p53及p21表达水平与其化疗疗效有关。

Objective To explore the relationship of expression of p-ATM,p-p53 and p21 with efficacy and prognosis of chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer .Methods The expression of p-ATM,p-p53 and p21 in cancer tissues of 52 advanced gastric cancer patients was detected by immunohistochemical method .Results Positive expression rates of p-ATM,p-p53 and p21 in gastric cancer tissues were 36.54%,61.54%and 36.54%,respectively.p-ATM positive patients had the highest effective rate of the 52 advanced gastric cancer patients initially treated with 4 courses of chemotherapy .Survival analysis showed that low level of p-ATM and p21 expression and high level of p-p53 expression were adverse prognostic factors of advanced gastric cancer . Conclusion The expression levels of p-ATM,p-p53 and p21 in advanced gastric cancer are correlated with the efficacy of chem-otherapy .
