奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin Combined with S-1 For Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的：观察奥沙利铂（OXA）联合替吉奥（S-1）治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法35例晚期胃癌均采用化疗方案：奥沙利铂130 mg/m2（静脉滴注2 h以上），d1；替吉奥胶囊80 mg/（ m2．d），分2次（早、晚餐后）口服， d1～14；每21天为1个周期，至少化疗2个周期。结果35例患者，CR 0例（0），PR 17例（48．57％），SD 12例（34．29％），PD 6例（17．14％），总有效率为48．57％，疾病控制率为82．86％。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、周围神经毒性。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌疗效好，且相对安全。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of oxaliplatin combined with S-1 for advanced gastric canc-er.Methods 35 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with chemotherapy :oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 in day 1,and S-1 capsule 80 mg/m2 twice daily for 14 days.The chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days.All the patients received 2 cycles at least.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after the treatment .Results Of the 35 patients,CR was 0 case (0),PR was 17 (48.57%),SD was 12 (34.29%),PD was 6 (17.14%),The overall response rate was 48.57%,the disease control rate was 82.86%.The most common toxicities were myelosuppression、gastrointestinal reaction and neurosensory abnormity .Conclusion The oxaliplatin combined with S-1 is effective for advanced gastric cancer with tolerable side effects .
