With the accession to the WTO,there is an apparent marketization tendency of the personnel mobility,accelerating the development of the personnel resources in our country.It not only provides opportuntites but also brings up challenges.This paper starts with the analysis of the marketization tendency of the personnel mobility,and then proposes some countermeasures.
