冠状动脉涂层支架的药物选择及其应用评价 被引量：5

摘要 自1987年美国Sigwart实施第一例冠状动脉(冠脉)支架手术以来,冠心病的介入治疗已得到迅速的发展和应用.经皮冠脉血运重建术(percutaneouse coronary interangioplasty,PCI)已成为冠脉血运重建的主要手段,但PCI术后因血管弹性回缩、血管重构、新生内膜增生以及血栓形成等因素造成的再狭窄一定程度的限制了PCI的临床应用.
