摘要
研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/纳米SiO2复合体系的动态流变行为,探讨了纳米SiO2用量及表面偶联剂处理对复合体系的流变行为影响。实验结果表明,在SiO2未经表面处理体系,SiO2含量达到8%时,复数粘度η*发生突变,并出现强烈的剪切变稀;低频区,储能模量G′、损耗模量G″出现第二平台;对应的应变γ-G′曲线上,体系出现两段线性粘弹区域;这些现象表明了体系因粒子间相互关联、粒子与基体间相互作用而形成局部有序的逾渗网络结构。而纳米SiO2经表面偶联剂处理后,体系η*下降,体系没有出现平台特征,复合体系更加均匀。
Dynamic rheological behaviour of high density polyethylene/nano-silica composites were investigated in this paper,influences of the content of SiO2 and the surface-modification particle to the rheological behaviour of composites were also discussed in this paper.Experimental results show that the complex viscosity(η*)of the composites increase with increasing the content of SiO2.When the content of SiO2 reach eight percent,η*increased suddenly,and shear thinning behaviors appeared.In the relation curve of the storage moduli(G′),loss moduli(G″)and frequency(ω),a second flat appeared,in the relation curve of the strain(γ)and G′,a two stage linear viscoelastic region appeared,which indicate that it formed local order percolation network because the particle is in correlation and glomeration.And the surface-modification SiO2 can make theη*reduce,the character of second flat did not appear in the system of composites,and the system of composites dispersed more homogeneously.
