以微软公司的Microsoft office SharePoint Server 2007系统为平台,提出研发项目文档管理方案。重点探讨如何标准化应用MOSS 2007实现文档管理,包括分析和确定文档存储的主要元素和文档管理步骤,统一MOSS2007文档库规划方法和文件夹、文档的命名方法,文档管理系统权限设置等,说明基于信息技术和企业标准化管理,将存储在个人电脑、共享驱动器或多个存储库中的文档集中统一管理,是确保电子文档管理方案有效实施的基础。
Based on Microsoft office SharePoint Server 2007 system as a platform, the paper puts forward the management solutions of the R&D project documents, and explores that how to standardize the application of MOSS 2007 system to manage the documents, including analyzing and determining the major elements for the document storage and the procedures of the document management, unifying the methods for the document library plan of MOSS 2007 and the naming convention of files and folders, the permission settings of documents management system etc. The paper concludes that based on the information technology and enterprise standardization management, to unify the management of documents in PCs, shared driver or multiple storage tanks is the basis to ensure the effective implementation of electronic document management solutions.
