摘要
本文研究了CE提出的背景、定义和量表,并分析了CE与顾客忠诚、消费者涉入(Involvement)及顾客参与(Participation)等相似概念的关系。
In order to get a clear understanding of customer engagement, this paper studied the background, definition and scale of customer engagement, and analyzed the relations between customer engagement and some old concepts, such as customer loyalty, consumer involvement and customer participation.
