标准的合格评价研究

Research on Standards Qualification Assessment

本文针对标准合格评价的命题,设计了五大标准合格评价要素,这五大要素分别为需求要素、知识要素、特征要素、价值要素、影响力要素,对每大类要素又细分了组成的子要素,并对这些要素的内涵进行了详细论述,讨论了利用这些要素进行标准合格评价和评价的方法,提出图形模型、表格模型的构建思路,给出了要素的应用方向。

The paper designs five standards qualification assessment elements, including demand element, knowledge element, feature element, value element, and influence element. Each kind of main elements is further divided into many sub-elements. Also, the paper introduces connotations of these elements, discusses the ways of standards qualification assessment and evaluation with the elements, puts forward the thinking of constructing pattern model and table model, and gives the directions of element applications.
