Determination of Dimethoate and Terbufos Pesticide Residues in Sugarcane by ASE-HPLC-MS/MS-QTRAP

本文建立了甘蔗中乐果、特丁磷农药残留的加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱串联四级杆线性离子阱质谱(ASE-HPLC-MS/MS-QTRAP)检测方法。该方法样品前处理简单、快速,分析时间短,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药痕量分析的需要,满足甘蔗中有机磷农药残留检测要求。

In the paper, a method is developed for the determination of dimethoate and terbufos pesticide residues in sugarcane by accelerated solvent extraction high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (ASE-HPLC-MS/MS). The method is simple, rapid and characterized with acceptable sensitivity and accuracy to meet the requirements of the pesticide residue analysis. This procedure is suitable for the determination of dimethoate and terbufos pesticide residues in sugarcane.
