混纺比对海藻纤维／棉针织医用敷料性能的影响

Effects of blending ratio on properties of alginate fiber / cotton knitted wound dressing

设计并采用相同的织造工艺织制了5种不同混纺比的海藻纤维/棉赛络纺包芯纱针织物,该针织物可用作医用敷料。研究不同混纺比对针织物弹性回复率、吸湿性、透湿性、透气性等织物主要性能的影响。结果表明:随着海藻纤维含量的增加,织物的弹性回复率先缓慢上升后又下降,混纺织物的吸湿性呈增大趋势,透湿性降低,透气性提高;混纺比为40/60时织物的各项性能达到最佳。

The alginate fiber/cotton knitted wound dressing was prepared with five different blending ratios and the effects of different blending ratios on elastic recovery rate , moisture , hygroscopicity and air permeability were also studied .The results show that , with the increase of alginate fiber content , the elastic recovery rate increases first and then reduces and the moisture increases gradually , the hygroscopicity reduces and the air permeability increases .When the alginate fiber content is above 40%, all the properties are better.
