纯棉机织黏合衬的无甲醛防缩整理

Non-formaldehyde shrink-proof finishing of cotton woven fusible interlining

研究壳聚糖对纯棉机织衬布的无甲醛防缩整理,探讨壳聚糖用量、交联剂用量、焙烘时间及温度等因素对整理效果的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖防缩整理的最优工艺为壳聚糖用量3 g/L、交联剂柠檬酸用量12 g/L、80℃预烘4 min、160℃焙烘90 s;整理后衬布的白度为89.0,撕破强力保留率为55.9%,经向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.69%,纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.60%。

The shrink-proof finishing using chitosan on the cotton woven fusible interlining was studied . Meanwhile , the influence of the chitosan dosage , crosslinking agent , curing time and temperature was also discussed .The testing results show that the optimum process is chitosan dosage of 3 g/L, citric acid dosage of 12 g/L, pre-dried at 80 ℃for 4 min, cured at 160 ℃for 90 s.The whiteness of the finished interlining fabric is 89.0, the retention rate of tearing strength is 55.9%, the shrinkage rate of warp direction is -0.69%and weft direction is -0.60%.
