两种壁纸用非织造基布的性能对比 被引量:1

摘要 非织造布壁纸是一种绿色环保壁纸。对用于制作相同面密度壁纸的短纤水刺基布与双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布的性能进行了对比,测试其拉伸断裂强度、透气性、快干性、抗污性、吸声性和吸墨性。研究表明:短纤水刺基布的拉伸力学性能略低于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,但后者的纵横向强度比略大;短纤水刺基布透气性好于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,但后者的防螨性更优异;短纤水刺基布水分蒸发率小于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,后者有更好的快干性;短纤水刺基布接触角大于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,前者抗污性能较优;短纤水刺基布和双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布均可作为吸声材料,后者吸声性能更好;两者的吸墨性均为良好。 Nonwoven wallpaper is an environmentally friendly green paper .Staple spunlaced nonwovens and two-component microfiber spunbond-spunlaced nonwovens , which are in the same weight and used as wallpapers , were compared .Their breaking strength , permeproperty , moisture absorption and quick-drying , stain resistance , sound-absorption , ink absorption property were tested and analysed .The re-sult showed that staple spunlaced nonwovens ’ breaking strength is lower than two-component microfiber spunbond-spunlaced nonwovens , but the latter has larger ratio of the longitudinal and transverse strength, and staple spunlaced nonwovens has better air permeproperty , but the latter has better anti-mite property .Water evaporation rate of staple spunlaced nonwovens is lower than microfiber spun-bond-spunlaced nonwovens while the latter has better quick-drying property .Staple spunlaced nonwo-vens’ contact angle is lager than microfiber spunbond-spunlaced nonwovens and has better stain resist-ance property .Both can be used as sound-absorbing materials and the latter is better .Both materials have good ink absorption .
