摘要
对芳砜纶施加油剂是最常用的解决其纺纱加工困难和成纱品质低下等问题的一种方法。测试了芳砜纶经摩擦产生的静电场,探讨了添加不同抗静电剂的油剂对纤维抗静电性及抱合性的影响,并通过实际纺纱过程及成纱品质测试对油剂性能进行验证。结果表明:芳砜纶经摩擦后带负电荷,且静电压较大;添加抗静电剂TF-481的3号油剂能较好地改善芳砜纶的可纺性。
Spraying finishes onto the surface of polysulfonamide ( PSA) fibers is one of the most frequently used method to improve its spinnability and yarn quality .Static electric field generated from the friction was measured , and discussion about the spinnability and the cohesive property of PSA fibers under various pretreatments using finishes with different antistatic agents was made .Then the properties of differdent finishes were verified by their performances in actual spinning processes and the yarn quality tests .The results revealed that electrical negatives were produced from the friction for PSA fibers and the static voltage was higher than other fibers in the same process , and finish 3# with additive of the antistatic agent TF-481 performed better on the improvement of the spinnability of the PSA fiber .
