叠放层数对薄型非织造布燃烧性能的影响

摘要 为了探讨样品叠放层数对薄型织物燃烧性能的影响,使用锥形量热仪测定不同层数丙纶非织造布的燃烧性能,分析不同层数对样品热释放速率和烟释放速率的影响。结果表明:随着薄型样品叠放层数的增加,热释放速率和烟释放速率呈线性增加,且其各项燃烧性能参数也表现为类似的变化趋势,并伴随一定的热累加效应。 In order to investigate the influence of stacked layers on combustion properties of thin fabric , cone calo-rimeter was used to measure the combustion properties of light basic weight polypropylene nonwovens with different layers and heat release rates and smoke release rates of samples were studied .Results show that with the increase of stacked layers of nonwovens ,tendencies of heat release rates and smoke release rates increase linearly , and all other parameters of combustion properties change with the same tendency .A heat accumulation effect is found during the combustion process of layered nonwovens samples.
