^(13)C-尿素呼气试验对幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断价值

摘要 幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)是一种生长在胃粘膜表面的致病菌,它是消化道溃疡的重要致病因子,慢性活动性胃炎的致病菌,胃MALT淋巴瘤的重要致病因子,且与胃癌的发生及功能性消化不良有密切关系[1].目前可用于诊断Hp感染的方法很多,我们以内镜下取胃粘膜行组织学检查Hp阳性作为标准,将同时进行的13C-尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)结果与快速尿素酶试验(RUT)结果作比较,以评价13C-UBT对Hp感染的诊断价值.
