摘要
近年来,各国地震、海啸等自然灾害频繁发生,造成了极大的生命财产损失,应急广播体系的建立越来越受到各国政府重视。本文介绍了日本、美国、英国等国家的应急广播系统,分析了我国开展应急广播服务需要注意的问题,提出了作者自己的建议。
In recent years, earthquake, tsunami and other natural disasters caused great loss of life and property, and emergency broadcast gets more and more attention of governments. This paper introduces emergency broadcast systems in Japan, US and UK, analyzes issues to be concerned in developing China's emergency broadcast, and provides author's advices.
