摘要
本文回顾了北京电视台新闻制播网络系统的建设历程,强调了传统制播网络系统发展外延应用的重要意义,介绍了北京电视台新闻制播网络系统外延应用的建设情况,重点阐述了线索汇聚、UGC报料、远程编辑、远程文稿四个核心功能的设计思路及建设要点。该项目的建设打破了传统电视台封闭的生产网节目制播模式,通过新技术的应用大幅改进了新闻生产业务流程,使得新闻制作模式更加灵活方便,在国内制播网络系统建设中具有定的借鉴意义和推广价值。
This paper reviewed the milestones of the construction of beijing television station's news program production system, stressed the importance of the extension applications of the system, introduced the construction process, design ideas and key construction essentials of the project, focusing on four core function modules including the news clues converge, UGC upload, remote editing, remote news writing. The implementation of the project breaks up the traditional television program production mode, which is restricted in an isolated system, and dramatically improved the former business processes through the adoption of new technologies. This new system makes it more fl exible and more convenient of the news program production process, and has important reference value in the similar system construction in China.
