This paper studies on problems and solutions of a project of 'Extending Broadcasting & Television Coverage to Every Village And Family', which happened in the Bayingholin Mogol Autonomous Prefecture. This paper also provides a comprehensive solution to ensure the longterm high quality,which is proposed from the technical level and instructive to the project in remote areas.
