摘要 随着国家三网融合相关政策的出台,广电网络运营商面临IPTV、直播卫星和OTT TV的多重竞争压力,如何保证新增有线电视用户的同时现网用户不流失,是广电网络运营商亟需解决的问题。本文结合吉视传媒现有双向网络及技术平台环境,在高清交互媒体数字电视平台基础上,依托互动电视内容资源和视频存储的中心优势,底层IT资源采用虚拟化方式对OTT平台进行规划与建设,提出采用当前流行的云计算技术进行处理,将广播电视有线网络和无线WiFi覆盖两种技术结合,使传统的有线电视网络从固定网络向无线覆盖延伸,服务从单一的电视机终端向平板电脑、手机等移动终端拓展,形成一个新的收视互动平台。 With the related policy of network convergence introduced,Broadcast Television network operators are facing multiple competitive pressure,such as IPTV,live satellite and OTT TV,how to ensure the new cable television users increases,but the old cable television users don't loss at the same time,is an urgent problem of broadcast television network operators.According to JiShi Media Co.,Ltd existing network and technology platform,based on high-dei nition interactive media digital TV platform,relying on the advantage of interactive television content resources center and video storage,planning and construction of OTT platform using virtual mode the underlying IT resources,proposed uses the current popular cloud computing technology for processing,combining Radio and television cable networks and wireless WiFi,the traditional cable television network from a i xed network to wireless extension,services from a single TV terminal to tablet computers,mobile phones and other mobile terminal development,forming a new viewing interactive platform.
