研究生是党和国家宝贵的人才资源,随着信息时代的发展,要求研究生全面提高其综合素质以更好地适应时代发展的需要。思想政治素质在研究生所需具备的综合素质中居于首要与核心地位。当前,研究生思想政治素质的主流是好的,但仍存在对思想政治素质重要性认识不足、社会责任意识不强、辨别是非的能力较差等问题,这阻碍了研究生充分发挥自己的才能为建设社会主义现代化服务。研究生要提高其思想政治素质,必须强化科学理论学习,加强自身修养,努力提高自身的思想政治素质、社会责任感以及明辨是非的能力。

Postgraduates are valuable human resources of a party and country. With the development of the information era, they are required to improve their comprehensive qualities in order to better meet the needs of the development. Ideological and political quality is in the primary and core status among what they should have. At present, the mainstream of their ideological and political quality is good, but there are still such problems as insufficient understanding of the importance of this quality, weak sense of social responsibility, and poor ability to distinguish right from wrong. All these hinder them to serve the development of socialist modernization with their full talents. In order to improve their diathesis, they must strengthen scientific theoretical study and self-cultivation, and try to improve their morality and caliber, sense of social responsibility, as well as the ability to distinguish right from wrong.
