At present,the lifting by hand and carrying on shoulder is still a main way of sugar packages loading in the domestic sugar-manufacturing enterprises. Because of the high labor intensity,the more workers needed,and the low loading speed,the loading cost of the enterprises is high. Based on the fully study on loading process of sugar packages in the storehouse of various enterprises,the new generation of KTZ650 loading machine with mobile loading surface is designed,and is applied on the working procedure of the sugar-manufacturing enterprises for the first time. The process layout is flexible,its use is simple and convenient,its automation degree is high,its labor intensity is low,and its loading efficiency is also high.
