目前在电子信息制造产业中,以电子技术应用型、技能型的人才最为短缺。因此,将电子信息工程技术专业作为重点专业建设,培养更多的电子信息类高素质、高技能人才。面对贵州省及全国中小型电子产品生产企业对高素质、高技能专门人才的迫切需求,以工学结合为切入点,探索高校人才培养新思路,实施"多循环提升式"人才培养方案,达到可持续发展能力的"职业发展导向"的人才培养模式。

At present in the electronic information manufacturing industry,by application,electronic technology and skilled personnel is shortage,therefore,the technology of electronic information engineering specialty as the construction of key specialty training,electronic information,more high- quality high skilled talents. The urgent demand for highly skilled professional talents of high quality,in the face of Guizhou province and the national small and medium- sized electronic products manufacturing enterprises,with the combination of engineering as a starting point,explore new ideas of personnel training in Colleges and universities,the implementation of the ' multi cycle and improving the cultivation plan' personnel,to achieve sustainable development capacity of the ' occupation development oriented' personnel training mode.
