摘要 对玻璃纤维断丝常见形态和成因进行了初步研究。从断丝产生的工序出发,以断丝的常见形态为重点,分析了玻璃纤维断丝产生的原因。得出结果:稀软长毛易缠结形成圈圈毛,高速弯曲下易形成硬刺毛。 The morphology and source of broken glass fiber filament were studied. The causes of fuzz formation in each step of glass fiber production were analyzed with the morphology of broken glass fiber filament as a focal point. Hard bristles were caused by bending in high speed condition,while circle hair was easily produced from softer hair.
