摘要
碳纤维粗纱的生产及进一步加工成纤维增强复合材料的过程中会产生碳纤维长丝废料及卷曲织物、非卷曲织物的边角料。这些废料适合作为生产纤维增强复合材料所需的新型高质量材料。CAMISMA项目开发出气动非织造布生产技术并应用于碳纤维非织造布的连续化生产。纤维长度是碳纤维粉碎和表征的一个关注点。粉碎使用3种不同的切割部件进行测试。为了确定碳纤维长度的表征方法,比较了3种不同的方法。
During production of carbon rovings and their further processing into fiber reinforced composites,rejects of carbon filament production and edge cutoffs of crimp and non-crimp fabrics are obtained. These rejects are used for generating new,high-quality materials,which are suitable for applications in fiber reinforced composite technology. Within the CAMISMA project an aerodynamic nonwovens production technology was developed and used to continuously produced C-nonwovens. One focus lies on the comminution and characterization of C-fiber length. The comminution process was tested using 3 different cutting units. To determine a method for C-fiber length characterization,3 different methods were compared.
