转杯直径、阻捻盘尺寸和转杯处理的配置对纱线性能的影响

Influence of configuration of rotors diameters, rotor navel,rotor finish on yarn properties

针对转杯纺纱技术,通过因子试验设计方法确定最相关参数,分析相互间的影响。通过建立一种应用统计方法来分析不同转杯配置下生产的棉纱性能。结果表明:改变转杯处理对转杯纱的性能影响不显著,但转杯直径和阻捻盘尺寸对纱线性能有显著影响。

A factorial experimental design method was used in order to determine the most relevant parameters as well as the crossing or interaction effects to be considered in rotor spinning technology. This approach was applied in order to establish a statistical method to analyze the properties of cotton yarn with different rotor configurations. This method shows that the change in the rotor finish has no influence on the properties of the open end yarn. Moreover,rotor diameter and rotor navel have significant impact on yarn properties.
