浅析云计算技术在市县国土资源信息化中的应用前景

Cloud Computing Technology Applied at Land and Resources' Informatization and its Prospects in Cities and Counties

信息化对国土资源管理工作的技术支撑作用前所未有。笔者从推广应用的角度梳理了遵义市国土资源信息化面临的新任务和新挑战,提出利用云计算技术理论来推动市县国土资源信息化建设向纵深发展,供探讨论证。笔者认为,云计算技术的引入,将对市县国土资源信息化建设产生重大的积极影响,在资金投入、成本核算和人力资源分配等方面将产生颠覆性的改变,对市县国土资源信息化的推广应用具有较强的现实意义。

The role of the information technology to support the management of land resources is an unprecedented significance. The author of this article analyzes the new tasks and challenges to which was facing the municipality Zunyi regarding the computerization of land resources from the point of view of its promotion and implementation. He proposed the use of cloud computing theory and its discussion to demonstrate in order to promote in-depth construction of computerization on land resources in cities and counties. He believes that the introduction of cloud computing technology will produce a significant positive impact with a radical change to the capital investment costs, and to the allocation of human resources.
