国土资源二三维一体化GIS管理平台研究

The Research into Two and Three-Dimensional GIS Integrated Platform of Land and Resources Data

针对不同时期、不同政务系统积累的国土资源数据,以其有效性为前提,采用动态加载技术,建立解析数据与图层,用国土资源二三维一体化GIS管理平台对异构异源数据进行动态管理,在二维平台上对专题数据进行查询、统计、分析,在三维平台上对基础地理信息静态三维管理,对地籍数据、土地利用等数据进行动态建模,以三维的方式进行展布,同时,提供空间分析与统计,提供便捷快速准确服务。

Abstrcts: For different periods, different e-government systems have accumulated a large amount of land and resource data. With its effectiveness as the premise, analytical data and layers have been established by using of dynamic loading technology. The heterogeneous GIS data of land and resources have been dynamically managed with two and threedimensional integrated platform. On a two-dimensional platform, thematic data are managed for query, statistics, analysis, and on a three-dimensional platform, a three-dimensional geographic information statically managed, and cadastral data, land use data are used for dynamic modeling in three-dimensional way to display. At the same time, spatial analysis and statistics are functioned in order to provide convenient fast and accurate service.
