海量信息高速传播对网络话语权的掌控、平等信息交流对终端穿透性的注重、扁平化虚拟空间对现实空间的替代造成基层党组织教育、管理与服务难以有效落实与保证,部分党员的党性宗旨意识得不到明确体现。应主动运用信息技术手段,构建智慧型基层党组织建设新模式,使之政治头脑更清醒、时代观念更强烈、民主作风更浓厚、模范作用更明显、群众路线更持久。

In the age of information,massive information controls the right of speech about the net-work,equal exchange of information focuses on the penetrability into terminals,and flattening virtual space replaces real space.All this not only has made it more difficult to ensure the effect and implementation of the education,management and service in primary Party organizations,but also has made some members lose the consciousness of the Party’s spirit and tenet.The paper thinks that applying actively information technology and building primary Party organizations of intelligent-type can make the Party members’politi-cal mind more sober,their idea of era more strong,their democratic style more distinctive,their exemplary role more obvious and the mass line education more durable.
