产学研构建下的张家口地区旅游外语人才培养模式研究

Study of Training Mode of Tourist Talents with Foreign Languages within Industry-University-Research Cooperation Pattern in Zhangjiakou

随着张家口旅游业的不断发展,其对旅游外语人才要求也越来越高。人才是提升地区旅游产业发展的关键,只有符合地区发展需要的旅游外语人才才能适合竞争激烈的市场需求。在产学研构建下,分析了应用型旅游外语人才的需求特点,包括优越的地理位置、专业设置对口、多样实习机会等,并提出相应的培养对策:探索联合办学道路、共享院企办学资源、加强师资队伍建设、鼓励学生实践定岗、加强学校监管指导作用等,以期培养更多的应用型旅游外语人才来适应地区旅游背景下的市场竞争,更好地发展张家口的旅游产业。

With the continuous development of tourism in Zhangjiakou,the society demands more and more tourist talents who have a good command of foreign languages.Talents are the key to promoting the regional tourism development.Only those who meet the need of the local development can fit in the highly competitive market and its demand.Within the cooperation pattern of industry,university and research,the paper analyzes the demand characteristics of practical tourist talents with foreign languages from the per-spectives of regional superiority,proper majors,and diversified opportunities of internship.The relevant suggestions include exploring to run schools jointly,sharing respective resources,strengthening the con-struction of the teaching staff,encouraging students to undertake internship,and intensifying schools’su-pervision and guidance,etc.Thus,more and more tourist talents with foreign languages can be cultivated and they can serve the tourism development in Zhangjiakou.
