摘要
随着我国直流输电工程设备的供货能力日益增强,湖北超高压输变电公司与中电装备东芝(常州)变压器有限公司合作,在葛洲坝换流站对其研制的ZZDFPSZ-244MVA/500kV型换流变进行了安装调试。安装过程严格按照国家标准进行工艺控制,并通过了各项试验检测。重点对套管安装流程和真空注油工艺进行了介绍,旨在为今后高压直流输电工程国产化实施提供一定的借鉴。
With the increasing improvement of the supply capability of the equipment for DC power transmission projects in China,Hubei Ultrahigh Voltage Power Transmission and Transformation Company,cooperating with of Changzhou Toshiba Transformer Company Limited of China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Company,has installed and debugged the self-developed ZZDFPSZ-244MVA/500kV type converter in Gezhouba converter station.The installation process has been strictly controlled according to the national technical standard,and the converter has passed various test detections.This paper focuses on the installation process of the bushing and the technology of vacuum oiling,aiming to provide reference for the localization of the high voltage DC power transmission projects in the future.
