文章在实地调研金华市25家合作社的基础上,探讨了乡村能人在农民专业合作组织开展农业科技推广中担当的角色,从乡村能人发挥作用的方式、激励来源以及收益分配两方面对乡村能人主导合作组织开展农业科技推广的机制进行分析,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策建议。

on the basis of the field research 25 cooperatives in Jinhua, the paper discusses the role of able farmers in promotion of agricultural science and technology, and analyzes the mechanismthe mode playing a role, motivation source and income distribution, provided with the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
