在新形势下,农机化发展已成为调整农业结构的重要措施,也是未来农业生产发展的主要趋势,因此对于农机管理工作应该重点探讨。论文从当前农机管理工作的现状问题出发进行分析,提出了农机管理工作的不足,并对此相应的提出一定的优化策略,力求进一步做好农机管理工作,促进农机管理的进步发展。

This paper analyzes the situation of the current agricultural ma-chinery management, and gives a certain optimization strategy to agricultural machinery management work, which is to further improve and boost the development of agricultural machinery management.
