摘要
随着工业技术的飞速发展机器的使用要求越来越高,而机器是由若干零件装配而成,一些重要零件的表面层质量直接影响零件的工作性能,严重的还可能引起应力集中、应力腐蚀等现象。故正确分析机械加工过程中影响加工表面质量的各种工艺因素,改善零件加工表面质量、对提高产品使用性能具有十分重要的意义。
With the rapid development of industrial technology,service requirements of machinery become higher.The machine is assembled from several parts.The surface quality of some important parts directly affects the performance,and even causes severe stress concentration,stress corrosion.In view of the above,correct analysis of fabrication variations affecting the surface quality in the process of machining work is with great importance for improving the surface quality of parts and product performance.
