移动机器人多采用以电池为主的供电方式,并由于其电机驱动和各种功能电路的需要,需为机器人提供一个具有电压输出、高效节能的供电系统,并且该系统须具备电池过放,过流保护以及电量计量和故障检测等功能,因此,电源模块设计是机器人的一项关键技术。文章针对智能移动机器人平台的实际应用,设计并实现了一种、高效率、高性能,高可靠性的机器人电源模块解决方案。

Most mobile Robot uses battery as its main power supply.Considering the needs for its motor drive and various function circuits,a high-efficient power supply system with multiple output voltages should be provided for the robot.The system shall have several functions of over-discharge,over-current protection,coulomb measurement and fault diagnosis.The power module design is one of key technologies for robot.This paper describesa robot power module solution with high efficiency,high performance and high reliability for practical applications of intelligent mobile robot platform.
