柴油机气缸套是柴油机重要的零部件,其内壁的珩磨网纹质量直接影响到发动机的功率、机油的消耗水平、排放指标。珩磨网纹质量的评定主要由以下三个参数决定:简约峰高Rpk,是活塞环工作时初期磨损的高度;表面粗糙度核心轮廓深度Rk;简约谷深Rvk,为在正常磨损范围内,能够保持良好润滑的沟槽部分最大深度。

cylinder liner is an important part for diesel engine.the honing checkerd quality at its inner wall directly affects the engine power,consumption level of engine oil,emissions indexes.The evaluation of honing checkered quality is mainly decided by the following three parameters:contracted high Rpk peak that the height of the piston ring work early wear and tear;The surface roughness fairly Rk core contour depth;Contracted and deep valley Rvk,for within the scope of the normal wear and tear to keep the maximum depth of groove portion with good lubrication groove portion.
