摘要
随着班级学生的增多,班级人数在60人以上班级较多,在这种条件下怎样进行正常的实训教学、探究学习,保证教学质量,这是当前很多职业院校急需探讨解决的问题。通过多次的实训教学改革的实验,我们改变了原有的教学模式,正在逐步构建教学大班的环境下的"学习体验、自主探究、小组竞争"的参与式学习模式和"自评、互评、师评"的教学评价体系。
With the increase of students in class, there are many classes more than 60 heads, how to execute practice teaching under this condition the practice teaching to ensure the teaching quality is the current problems for many vo-cational colleges to be addressed. Through the practice teaching reform, we changed the original teaching mode, and es-tablished the learning mode of “ learning experience, self- exploration and team competition” and the evaluation system of“self-evaluation, mutual evaluation and teachers’ evaluation under the environment of gradually building a larger class scale.
