高职院校中灵活性顶岗实习模式研究

Research internships mode flexibility in vocational colleges

顶岗实习以岗位的真实性、工作环境的复杂性、企业组织与文化性、工作与学习的综合性成为高职教学体系中的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用,是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式改革的重要内容。本文在分析高职学生顶岗实习现存问题的基础上,结合长春职业技术学院的实践改革经验,提出了灵活性顶岗实习模式的创新思路与办法。
