基于农科所文书档案管理工作的思考

随着社会的不断进步和各项工作的改革发展,档案越来越多地在人们的政治、经济、文化诸多方面发挥着它不可替代的愈来愈重要的作用,而农业科研所在科研、党政管理等项工作中形成的大量具有保存价值的文书档案材料,因种种原因不能完全归入到档案室里。所以,改革目前的文书档案管理工作,健全农业科研所的文书档案管理体制,使档案更好地服务于农业科研是一项十分重要的任务。
