以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进现代化,吉林省的信息化建设在国家政策指导下,上了一个新台阶。大部分企业都已成功实施了部分信息化管理,尤其是制造业生产、工艺、管理、营销等关键环节向产业链上、下游拓展,推进了制造业设计、生产和管理各环节信息技术的应用。但也应该看到一些企业中相关人员对信息系统的搭建和实施缺少系统全面的认识和把握,使企业信息化建设缺乏整体一致性和系统协调性。

Using information technology to stimulate industrialization,using industrialization to promote modernization,so that the information technology in Jilin Province has been on a new level under the national policy guidance.Most companies have successfully implemented a partial information management,particularly in manufacturing production,technology,management,marketing and other key aspects.But we should notice that some companies lack a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the system of building and implementing the relevant personnel information systems,and the construction of enterprise information systems lack the overall coherence and coordination.
