摘要
小管径大型翅片换热器制造技术是业界难点技术,目前仅在世界先进的中央空调制造企业实施。本文基于我司φ7宽片G型换热器制造技术突破实现产品研制的实践,介绍胀管和烘干工艺难题,通过分析论证,提出解决方法。其中重点是换热器胀管完成后,使用液压二次扩杯口方法解决折管问题,固定175℃烘干温度,不同长度换热器调整预先吹气时间和烘干速度方法解决烘干挥发油问题。
The manufacture technology of large fin heat exchanger in small diameter is the difficult technology in industry, which is currently only implemented in the world's advanced central air-conditioning manufacturing enterprises. Based on the practiceoftheproduct development with thebreakthrough of our company'smanufacturing technology in φ7 wide blade G type heat exchanger,this paper introduces the craft problem and solution of expand tube and stoving through experiments.The emphasis are the problem that how to use the method of secondary hydraulic edge expansion to solve the folding in tubes after the completion of the expending tube in heat exchanger, and the problem that how to use the method of adjusting the advance blowing time and drying speed according to the heat exchangers with different length to solve the complete drying of the volatile oil in a fixed drying temperature of 175℃.
