The leakage of heat load is one of the most important basic data in design of refrigerator refrigeration system. This paper presents a new method to establish the equivalent model for the calculation of the leakage of heat load. It solves the selecting values difficulty caused by multifaceted factors of leakage of heat load values in complex refrigerator insulation layers, at the same time, it improves the result accuracy, which provides a valuable and meaningful method for new product development in refrigerator industry.
