摘要 一、课题的缘起 随着BIM设计架构的逐渐普及,人们将越来越多地关注建筑信息的处理与优化问题.目前BIM倡导的一体化交付模式(IPD)在国内外都面临一定的阻力,但从发展的趋势看,BIM设计信息系统的开放性和多向性提供了设计优化所必须的外部环境.由于BIM致力于以IFC数据格式打通漫长的AEC产业链,使来自上下游的建筑信息在BIM框架下得以高速运行.设计下游的施工信息、产品信息和运维等信息将会源源不断地反馈给设计者,这给设计者提供了更多的决策机会,同时也给传统的设计流程管理提出了新的课题.
