From Remediation Patterns to Templates Control——The Discussion on Technology Strategy of Village Building Remediation

民居作为地区文化及生活的集中体现,具有明确的地域标识性,而村庄内建筑大多为村民自建,由于受施工、材料及建设时间不同的影响,导致其随意性及差异性较大,未能形成统一的风貌,显得较为凌乱、衰败。在长期实践及相关研究的基础上,针对这一情况,提出类型化、模式化的技术策略,以化整为零的方式对村庄建筑进行整治,建立设计到施工之间的桥梁,提升整治的效率,以形成建筑与环境相映成趣的村庄新风貌。

Building as a concentrated expression of regional culture and life, have a clear territory identifier. However, many village buildings built by the villagers themselves, affected by the distinct of construction, materials, and build time, have being in the status of randomness and differences, and failing to form a unified style, which seems to be rather messy and decay. On the basis of the long-term practice and research, in response to this situation, put forward technology strategy as type and pattern with the way of split building into smaller entities, and establish a bridge between the design and construction, to enhance the efficiency of the remediation. Though the building remediation, we can form a new look of village with building and environment nice contrast.
