摘要
生态城市理论与实践均呈多元化发展,当前急需探索适合我国城市的生态建设之路。黄骅生态城市专项规划研究在资源约束条件下,依托自身禀赋,制订适时适地的技术策略,探索能与我国现行规划建设体制相契合的生态建设新模式。
Theory and practice of eco-city to diversify the need to explore suitable road for China. Huanghua special eco-city planning studies in resource-constrained conditions, relying on its endowment, to develop timely and appropriate technology strategy, exploring eco-planning and construction with our current system fit the new model.
