Promoting the Community of Shared Destiny and Constructing a Responsible Power:An Analysis of China's New Diplomatic Philosophy

随着中国自身的发展,中国政府适时抓住国际社会的变化趋势,提出"命运共同体"的理念。这既是世界各国人民的共同愿望,又是中国主动承担责任,谋求与世界共同发展的结果。因此说,"命运共同体"作为包括中国人民在内的全世界人民的共同愿望和梦想,包含平等互信的新型权力观、合作共赢的共同利益观以及包容互鉴的文明观。长期以来,中国一直在安全、经济和人文等领域践行着"命运共同体"的理念,推动着国际社会的发展和进步,自身也向"负责任大国"的方向迈进。

The concept of “community of shared destiny”,which is the common aspiration of people of all countries,is put forward by China in a context of its rapid development.It shows China's willingness to shoulder its international responsibilities to make common progress of the world.It also contains a new view of power based on equality and mutual trust,of benefits featuring win-win,and of civilization based on mutual tolerance and assimilation.China has been practicing for long the concept of the community of shared destiny in security, economy and culture on its way toward a responsible power and common progress of the world.
