摘要
文章以高校信息技术相关专业的学生科技团队为研究对象,对3个典型案例进行探索性案例分析,对9所大学的9个学生团队相关人员进行深度访谈,用扎根理论对访谈结果进行分析,并对298个学生团队进行问卷调查。发现高校学生科技团队创造力发展的影响因素为输入过程因素、创造力氛围因素、创造力测量因子三个层次。学生科技团队输入过程因素为五个因素,即学校支持、实践平台、物质资源、指导老师和成员能力;创造力氛围因素为四因子结构,即激励机制、充分交流、队长能力、障碍和压力;创造力测量因子则为两因子结构,即新产品和新方法。文章进一步探讨了这三个层次对学生科技团队创造力的影响机制。
This article takes some student technological teams of information technology related majors as the research object and three typical cases for exploratory analysis.Depth interview was taken on 9 student teams from 9 universities and the grounded theory was used to analyze the interview results, and 298 student teams were also asked to conduct questionnaire investigation.Lt was found that the influencing factors on university student technological team creativity development are at three levels and they are the input process factors, creativity climate factors, and creativity measuring factors. The input process factors involve five aspect: school support, practice platform, material resource, guidance teacher and member ability and the creativity climate factor is of four aspects structure,namely incentive mechanism, full communication, captain ability, obstacle and pressure.Creativity measurement has two factor is two factors as new product and new method.It also discusses the mechanism of three levels influencing student technological team creativity.
